Please note that Spooks Events are not responsible for you reaching the events on time and cannot delay the nights event for late comers.

Refunds

If you cancel any booking within a seven working day period we will issue a full refund less a 5%* administration charge.

Requests for a refund more than six weeks before the event will be paid less a 20%* cancellation charge.

Requests for a refund between six and four weeks prior to the event will be paid less a 50%* cancellation charge.

No refunds will be given less than four weeks prior to the event.

* This percentage relates to the FULL cost of the event.
